Description

Natural tartaric acid is an organic acid that occurs naturally in grapes and other fruits. It is extracted from the sediments that form during the wine fermentation process, which is why it is also known as tartaric acid. It is a white, crystalline substance with an acidic taste and is used in the chemical industry.
