Description
Sodium bisulfite solution is an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen sulfite, a widely used chemical in various industrial processes. It is mainly used for its reducing properties and as a preservative. Sodium bisulfite occurs in various concentrations (usually between 20% and 40%) and is an essential ingredient in the water treatment, chemical and textile industries.

Applications
Sodium bisulphite solution is applied in various ways, for instance:
1. Chemical Industry
As a reducing agent in chemical processes, including the production of certain drugs and other industrial chemicals.
2. Textile Industry
In the textile and paper industries, sodium bisulfite is used as a bleaching agent for cotton bleaching and as an auxiliary agent in paper processes.

4. Photography
It is used as a preservative and developer in Photography.
5. Mining
Sodium bisulfite is also used to neutralize cyanide in gold and silver mining.
