Description
Native potato starch is a natural starch extracted from the tuber of the potato (Solanum tuberosum). It is a fine, white or light cream powder composed mainly of the polysaccharides amylase and amylopectin. Due to its gel-forming and thickening properties, native potato starch is widely used in the food industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, cosmetics and other industrial applications.
